Shipping & Delivery

At Kyra Collections, each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your item to be crafted before it ships.

Once production is complete, your order is dispatched and typically arrives within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your country and your local carrier's conditions.

Because some orders are shipped internationally, occasional delays may occur due to customs duties, clearance procedures, public holidays, or international logistics. These factors are beyond our control, but we always do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time on the carrier's website.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kyra Collections is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
